Elevate Your Brand with a Styled Photoshoot at Garage B

Garage B is more than just an event space; our blank-slate venue hosts photoshoots, too! Lifestyle brands, event designers, and content creators have all utilized our facility to capture a professional visual representation of their business identity and convey its personality. Recently, the event planners at Champagne & Confetti: Celebrations by Catalina partnered with preferred rental vendor of Garage B and Best of Boston 2025 winner Dez Collective to execute one such styled shoot.

A wooden bar, with a spilling flower arrangement at one corner, set against curved shelving in the background and a high-top table with a floral centerpiece and seating in the foreground.

This collaboration was dedicated to showcasing Dez Collective’s latest furniture collection as styled by Catalina Rojo Ianetta and her team. Together, they sought a raw, urban location that would complement the contemporary, elevated furnishings and tell design stories suitable for lush autumn weddings, sophisticated engagement celebrations, elegant holiday parties, and ornate dinner gatherings. With those goals in mind, selecting the modern-industrial Garage B as the photoshoot venue was a no-brainer.

A formal round dining table design with a mixed fir centerpiece, taper candles, gilded dinnerware and flatware, and gift box decoration set against emerald velvet seating and a distressed stone wall.

Two weekdays were reserved in our space to facilitate this project, one of which was designated for setup while the other was allocated to the photoshoot itself and its breakdown. Both load-in and load-out were seamless via the driveway in front of Garage B and the building’s bank of overhead doors. Several design vignettes incorporating curated seasonal/holiday vibes were arranged in a variety of configurations throughout the large, open layout. Garage B’s 3,300 square-foot area also provided the flexibility needed throughout the photoshoot to modify certain displays with holding areas for furniture and decor. Moreover, no supplemental lighting was necessary, thanks to the abundance of natural light that fills the venue on a daily basis!

This photoshoot at Garage B demonstrated an exciting working relationship between a powerhouse artistic event planner and a local event design empire. The content produced will support their seasonal marketing campaigns, generating engagement and motivating sales from potential or existing clients within their expanded network. In addition, the participating vendor teams were able to photograph personalized content among the sets as well, further building brand stories through their staff.

A flocked Christmas tree, a lounge area with all-white accent chairs, and an acrylic dining table filled with pillar candles and lined with silver gallery chairs topped with faux sheepskin cushions against large, glass garage-style doors.

As a blank space, Garage B presents a unique opportunity for event planners, rental companies, florists, and others to develop stylized content with total creative freedom that communicates their brand in high quality. Contact us to book your next photoshoot today!

Below is a description of each design vignette and its potential use at Garage B:

“Plum Harvest”: a bountiful burst of color in eggplant, rose, and olive. Furniture in rich textures and brass accents are paired with toile tablecloths and plush pumpkin settings that also suit daytime events.

“Wild Harvest”: a grand interpretation of rustic charm with dark wood, earthy colors, and golden trims. Meadow florals on pedestals flank a possible wedding ceremony setup.

“Grinch”: a bar arrangement inspired by the timeless charm of the classic character, incorporating an eye-catching full garland as well as leather and fur in its seating accompaniments.

All-black dining and lounge areas staged against a black designed drapery backdrop.

“Champagne Noir”: a monochromatic, intimate layout with a mirrored serpentine dining table lined with tasseled table lamps and white anemones for a stylish New Year’s Eve party.

“Crimson Christmas”: a modification of “Champagne Noir” that includes pops of burgundy through ribbon pickups, asymmetric florals, and decorative gift boxes for a sumptuous take on the holiday aesthetic.

A formal round dining table design with a mixed fir centerpiece and taper candles surrounded by emerald velvet seating with gilded details set against a distressed stone wall.

“Evergreen Elegance”: a celebration of a jewel tone that never goes out of style. This dining atmosphere exudes winter luxury with velvet seating and gilded details.

“Frosted Minimalism”: a sleek and modern Christmas party. The all-white design features acrylic accents and cozy fur throw blankets and substitutes flowers for battery-operated candles that flicker alongside a flocked tree.
