The Annex is a private event and workshop space located within The Speedway’s central courtyard, a 19th-century hideaway in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston. The space is light and airy with room to accommodate up to 50 standing guests or a seated event for 30 guests. Boasting wooden floors, cottage-style windows, and a rounded turret corner, this blank-slate venue offers a few lounge furniture pieces for your comfort or can be filled with rentals to suit your micro-event needs.

With a little imagination, The Annex’s compact space can be transformed for

• pre-wedding events, rehearsal dinners, or bridal suites;
