The couple planned a perfect ceremony backdrop, down to the setting sun, to illuminate the modern industrial space through the glass garage doors. Their indoor ceremony faced the garage doors, featuring a beautifully framed flower arch, vinyl squares added to the glass doors to add a rich pop of color, and the happiest couple sharing their story with friends and family.
With proper event support from LaBonne Maison and the Cru + Co Events, any couple can stage a ceremony to reception flip – just like Erika and Alex. The guests enjoyed the ceremony seated inside – then with a well-orchestrated plan, the event team transformed the space to set up tables for the reception. To help get guests moving, the events team took advantage of the function garage doors to get everyone outside quickly, then close the doors to get to work during cocktail hour.
After cocktail hour ends, Garage B has been transformed into the perfect reception space, complete with table seating, dance floor, bars, and photo booth. With the help of the glass garage doors, the natural lighting at golden hour will compliment any event design or vision.
