Becoming b’nai mitzvah is an important coming-of-age milestone for Jewish youth, one that is celebrated with much pride and joy among family members and relatives. Garage B’s blank-slate venue allows for unique and fun bar and bat mitzvah parties of any theme: from beachy to sporty, from the ’90s to the futuristic, and from Broadway musicals to Marvel movies. This springtime bat mitzvah bloomed with a beautiful cherry blossom ceiling arrangement, pink balloon columns, and boxwood details. The family’s 100 guests enjoyed light bites from a lineup of three food trucks and a mobile cotton candy cart, all supported by hired bartending service.

This bar mitzvah filled our venue with puzzles, games, and other family-friendly activities that kept 175 guests entertained all evening. The event’s biergarten theme was the perfect complement to the beverage service provided by our Charles River Speedway neighbors at Notch Brewing! A food truck also served appetizers and pizza from our venue’s adjacent patio space.

This bat mitzvah took Garage B around the world with travel-themed details that included flags strung from our steel rafters, luggage tag escort cards, and globe centerpieces. Banquet tables and a dance floor to accommodate 150 guests were cast in hues of purple uplighting, the guest of honor’s favorite color. The venue’s outdoor patio was tented for a bar area, extending the party’s floor plan despite the early autumn rain, and preferred caterer Capers Catering served a fusion menu of American, Latin, and Asian eats.

This disco-themed bat mitzvah brunch was a first for Garage B! On a sunny Sunday in October, our venue was decorated with bright and bold colors as well as plenty of silver and sparkle. Family and friends boogied for hours with the party experts at Siagel Productions and were also able to enjoy a variety of lawn games throughout our large event space.
